Arron Stanton is the Chief Relationship Officer at Synergize, a community of leaders and friends dedicated to building relationships and impacting their community. Arron was born and raised in Cambridge City, IN, moved to Carmel in 2018. While Synergize originally started as just a philosophy for Arron 7 years ago, in December of 2020 he turned it into a full-blown business and community comprised of over 50 members. Their motto is simple, Relationships over everything.

What do you want the world to know you for? A great friend, who always helped others create meaningful friendships.
What problem are you most passionate about solving? For most businesses, building friendships and making an impact, is not the number one priority and I’d like to solve that problem.
