Dave Neff is the Chief Revenue Officer for Prolific, where he oversees all new business development, strategic partnerships, and alliances. Formerly, Dave served as President & CEO of EDGE Mentoring for nearly six years – the nation’s largest, faith-based, whole-life intergenerational mentoring organization. Prior to EDGE, Dave worked for ExactTarget for two and a half years and Pacers Sports & Entertainment for four years in a number of sales and marketing leadership roles. Dave has been recognized as “Nonprofit Professional of the Year,” “Forty Under 40,” and as an “Inspire Award Winner” in Indianapolis. He also serves as a member of the Board of National Christian Foundation (Indiana) and on the Corporate Work Study Board of Providence Cristo Rey High School.
In this episode, Dave touches on themes such as career, faith, and family. He dives into the importance of mentorship, specifically how having different mentors for all aspects of life has helped him throughout his career and we also discuss a defining moment in his early 20s where he bet on himself by leaving Exact Target to start Edge Mentoring and learned the lesson of not letting your job or title define you.
