Sonal Sheth Zawahri is an author, speaker, trainer, and life coach. She is also the creator of the “Stretching for Success Workbook: 7 Steps to STRETCH Beyond Your Comfort Zone” which takes you step-by-step through creating and achieving your goals, and two Val-U resource card decks that provide individuals and leaders the opportunity to encourage and motivate others. Sonal started her career teaching high school and college for over 15 years. She has proudly transitioned and reinvented her career 4 times in the last 25 years, to include corporate training, health coaching, consulting, and educational sales. Her greatest passion is to inspire business leaders and individuals to identify their purpose, and guide them toward the achievement of meaningful success and contribution to others.
